Coach Lew is a highly respected instructor and coach with an elite background in player development. He has built a strong reputation for producing high-level athletes through individualized instruction, with a focus on hitting, infield, and defensive fundamentals. Known for his attention to detail and ability to connect with players of all ages, Coach Lew combines advanced baseball knowledge with a results-driven approach. He currently offers private lessons and camps where he continues to help athletes unlock their full potential and compete at the next level.

Coach Matthew Kinney is the head coach of Canes Buckeye 2030 Gold team. He also serves as the Canes Midwest 2030 - Buckeye head coach. He is the lead hitting instructor for the Canes Buckeye organization. 

3 year varsity baseball player at Grove city high school and college recruit, whose career was cut short due to injuries. Matthew has been a very successful travel head coach for the past three years. After a successful playing career, Coach Kinney is now investing in the next generation of Baseball players.

Coach Sway:

Sway is a dedicated coach and educator passionate about developing athletes both on and off the field. A teaching philosophy that centers on the belief that every individual deserves a quality education that nurtures their growth not only as a player but as a human being. This philosophy stems from a rich background in baseball, beginning with a career in Venezuela, continuing through collegiate and independent professional play in the US, and a continual learning experience with nearly a decade of my coaching both physical and mental training in baseball and softball.

Nolan Just is a former Division II pitcher at Clarion University, where Nolan appeared in 14 games as a true freshman.

Nolan has experience in player development through an internship at Biosport Athletics, where Nolan assisted with throwing programs, pitching lessons, and TrackMan data. Nolan also worked with Drabick Player Development under Tyler Drabick, helping run pitching groups.

Nolan also coached with Ohio Elite, where Just was responsible for the pitching staff—mentoring pitchers, calling pitches, and creating throwing programs.

Nolan is currently a student manager at Miami University, where Nolan assists with scouting reports on opposing teams, practice setup, and daily team operations while continuing to learn from the coaching staff.

After graduating from Dublin Coffman, Jaiden went on to be a 4 year starter in college. 3 years being at Division II Morehouse College as a center fielder, first basemen, and pitcher, and 1 year at Division I Alabama A&M as a starting pitcher.  He earned All-Conference honors as well as being selected to pitch in the HBCU All-Star Game in 2023. He is currently pursuing professional baseball when he is not training players. Jaiden has a passion for instilling discipline and passion for the game into players while being aware of how their body is moving. He believes mental toughness, athleticism , and most importantly, throwing strikes, lead to being successful on the mound. 

Robert Chayka is a focused and driven player development coach who brings professional playing experience and a deep understanding of athlete growth.

Currently in his third season with the Washington Wild Things, Robert began his collegiate career at Spoon River Community College before transferring to Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he competed for three seasons at a high level.

In addition to his playing career, Robert has a strong background in player development.He served as a player development coach with the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (2023–2024), where he implemented structured training plans for youth athletes. He also coachedthe ATA Boy Baseball 14U travel team for two summers, helping shape young players both on and off the field.

Teddy has a passion for helping people achieve their performance and wellness goals. Over the years he has worked with a wide range of clients from high school/college athletes, powerlifters, fireman, police, special forces, and general populations both In-Person and Online. By utilizing the conjugate method, he focuses on making people more resilient to injury so they can continue doing the things THEY LOVE TO DO!

Teddy has blended his personal experiences as an athlete with his education to help people obtain their performance goals. His specialty is finding individuals weak points and strengthen them so they can function better and be more resilient to injuries.
